I think that J- plate black Panda was up for sale in Crowlas about a year or so back, I spotted it on one of my circuitous  # 18 bus rides from Camborne - via  - Newfoundland -  to Penzance,  but it had shifted by the time I tried to follow it up.

They were asking 725 on the windscreen, as I remember rightly, a little used car premises on the left opposite the pub going sarf.
