Im going to this show tomorrow and will be on the look out for any jewels in the shite!! Ill post up photos when I return!! Is anyone else going??http://www.cbccc.net/hvg/new.hvg.htmI was a bit put out by something tho!! :(I called the organisers to see if I could bring my car along to this charity event and give my money to a good cause!When I spoke to the guy he told me that my "27 year old" classic toyota corolla was "too new" and wasnt allowed to enter the show as it had to be older than 1978!!!WTF!!??If its not a classic then why do I pay classic car insurance for a car that is older than 25 years???Surely classic cars should be anything that is older than 25 years old and that should move as time goes on and different cars become older and rarer??My car is also rarer than a lot of the "mainstream" classic cars out there so still makes an interesting car to look at!!Also at the end of the day its a charity event so the more cars you can get in the more money they can raise!!!!!I even looked at the photos from last years show and saw several cars that are post 1978!Nevermind........ im going anyway!!!! So pleased to see most of those Renaults and Citroens in what is clearly original, cared-for condition.That Fuego on tacky hubcaps is PERFECT.Souped-up Cortina is just vile however.

Yea I heard about that on Retro Rides!! Shame as day 2 was supposed have double the cars booked for the event!! I couldnt go on sunday anyway!
