We all know Vauxhalls are shit. This repair takes it to another level. Obviously the cost of the correct handle is just too much. The twisted wire goes to the pull rod that operates the door latch. It seems that it would be ok for MOT too!

Be about £2.00 at a scrappy for that bit and he/she still bodged it!
