Unit space to rent

I rent a big unit in Chorley and sublet some space in their for like minded people to piss around with all things automotive and rusty and shite.

 

I have had 2 People leave due to cars being finished and garages built so now have some room.

depends on the size of your car but £40-50 per month is the normal rate

yeah inc 3 phase its in total 9x18metres with a mezannie floor.

 

Ill try and find some.

 

I want some one who is fairy easy going and helpfull as its run like club, people need to take turns running the tip and bringing brewing tackle etc...
