German Shite Spottings

While we are away at my Parents-in-law, I've had my eye out for some local spottings-

 

First up is my Brother -in-laws hand-me-down 1987 Scirocco. The story goes that my wifes great aunt went to the vw dealer for a new golf, but was sweet talked into shelling out for a hard to shift scirocco 'tropic' special edition. Quite unintentionally 'rat look'. 25 years continuous use and a few minor traffic accidents later and this is what you get.....

 

 

Next up is this opel/bedford cf motorhome. It hasnt moved in the 6 years I've known it. Probably for the best as Id imagine with its narrow track hustling that around a corner would be bloody scary

 

Finally this Dacia. Apparently reasonably popular as it is/was pretty much the cheapest new car listed (something like 6000 euros apparently)

Wonder why we didnt get them? there seems a bit of a gap now at the very bottom of the new mingebag motoring market

mmm I far prefer the look of the Scirocco over the Golf. I think the salesman did them a favour personally. And I love the patina.
