As I am New ( Although I know Craig The Princess) I Thaught I would Let everbody know about My Cars..

My Daily is a 1986 Mazda 323 LX In Green called Bert, It has Some intrestresting features , Air Vent under Steering wheel ,Pull down Tool Kit,Tweed Seats and Orange Dials , I am only the 2nd owner and although a little tatty ,I have taken bert to some shows ,However He really needs a filler neck so May be off the road soon :(http://www.flickr.com/photos/philippos/4775081438/

My 2nd car is is a 1979 British Racing Green Vandenplas 1500 called Violet which is a total one off but Is currently being restored by a Friend of Mine. :)http://www.flickr.com/photos/45676495@N05/5930118454/

My 3rd Car is a 1975 Austin Allegro 1300 Super in Harvest Gold Called Hector ,Hector has a Quartic Sterring Wheel ,Brilliant Engine and Blue Vinal Seats ,Again I take Hector to Car Shows and Only Use Him in Nice Weather ,Not a concourse car But has a Heart of Gold :D

My 4th Car is not Mine but I can Use My Dad's British Racing Green Rover 25 impression With Full Leather , Named Brian ( Rover is a common Dog Name ,But if Your Dog was Quite a Class act than He Would Be Brian Griffin from Family Guy)

In 2012 (hopefully) I plan to Sell the Vanden Plas because I just dont love It sadley so It will be time to move her on to a new home . I plan to restore Bert in 2012 ,I will replace Violet though ,I Quite fancy a Maestro HLE I have heard about ,But I like the idea of a Reliant Kitten , MGBgt ,MX3 or even a MK1 Micra

By for now

The VDP grille is not a pretty thing compared to the Austin. I can understand your lack of love. Both cars you have provided links to look in lovely condition and well done for using the Mazda as a daily driver. As far as I can tell, the vents under the steering wheel are designed to send a cool draft up a lady's skirt on a hot summer day. I can't see what other use they would have.
