More Doovla woes

Lying in court may be a bit extreme. Its just a crucial bit of "evidence" they are reyling heavily on which they have no way of proving one way or another.

Yeah, I expect that. It was from the Area Enforcement Office in Glasgow, so definately from Doovla. Letter posted yesterday by recorded delivery, just need to sit back and see what happens now.

It does seem odd that they would state that your car was spotted two streets away if it couldn't be driven at the time?

have you had anything else happen that may make you wonder if your VRN has been cloned?

To be honest, no; an 05-plate MG ZS was also clamped in the same car park, and a long term resident Dolomite and Acclaim plus some others were clamped in the other staff car park IIRC. I know for a fact it was immobile as I had to take a battery down to start it to get it onto the Transit and to my knowledge it's the only SRi of that age in the area. TBH it's probably the only Cavalier of that age in the area. Think it's a cockup rather than a clone, but I'll see what comes back.

Have you posted on here yet? A few of us are hinting that perhaps you should - they are much better placed to advise you than we are, but you'll have to register and post every last detail on there.
