Tonight when i was round my dad's i was looking at a few old brass car badges that have sat in the front room for years, My dad's picked them up from somewhere and he's a bit of a horder so won't sell them but I'm interested in the age and value of them if anyone knows about these thens.

The first one is this AA badge.

I have worked out this is from the early 1900's, The number is 7783 which i think makes it a early one, Someone had lead filled a hole at some point and drilled through the number '3'.

The other is this RAC badge.

This again is a early one from the 1900's, The number is B2089, I've found one similar on google which is nearly £2000!, I can't believe that is right, The bolt on the base is broken but it still seems in good nick.

Lovely! They'd look great on my dad's Austin Seven. Definitely keep them, and enjoy them.

Those early ones are very collectable, but I'm not sure how much they might be worth.
