Messy, I don't know the seller. It's just an Ohio listing that popped up on the net. Curious, however, what you think it's worth in this condition. I have no interest in it, just academic wondering...

when I was offered the fully-restored one in the mid 1990s, it was £1200. This, I reckon, is worth £2-4k in the UK as is. Restored, perhaps £8k. In the USA, perhaps what the seller is asking - they genuinely are so rare you probably won't see another for sale for a very long time.
