My housemate has a '77 Hiace camper, and its sprung a messy leak from the rocker cover. Local autofactors say the gasket is obsolete.. any idears where i can get one from?Its a 12R (?) petrol engine i beleive.Cheers

Dealers? I got something for the Starlet and it was surprisingly cheap. Or try a factors who stock ADL Blueprint bits?

LOLz. Bet my dad's got one, somewhere. Seems to have headgaskets and wierd tat for all sorts of obselete crappola. I'll ask. Give him sommert to do on a slow day.

I like to hassle my local Charlie Browns/Motorworld for Charmant bits from Blueprint and the likes quite often, went there to get a set of points today and they knew the car and year without me having to ask. Excellent!Just a shame for these old Japanese things that panels and trim aren't as freely available as service bits.
