I would have to question the year being 1976. The wheel trims on that Avenger didn't become standard until August 1977 and then only on the GLS model when they replaced Rostyles.

Also there is a Chrysler Sunbeam in the background which wasn't launched until July 1977.

This is Grasmere, SL. The slide's the wrong way round though.

 

I knew it looked familiar, but couldn't quite place it. Eventually, it's dawned on me.

I think it was the position of the 504 that got me confused, should've looked at the sign on the building.
