So, what weird and wonderful objects have you had on a trailer behind your car.

Here's some of the things I have towed in my time.

Love that Berkely!

Right, cheating a bit I suppose but here's just a few of many I collected for myself and others on my old Merc...

Really enjoyed the road trip to get this for a fellow Sh1ter/RR member. Helsby-Chester-N. Shropshire-Knighton-Shropshire-Chester-Helsby. The car was at a Peugeot breakers right in the middle of nowehere somewhere near Knighton...

Another RR-er's car. Quick jaunt to Manchester, went a few miles to drop it off then back again...

Wished I kept this, wasn't too bad despite having stood for a fair while and was pretty much all orginal...

BX estate that was later converted to a 1.9TD that went like a bat out of hell...

Collected with another member of the BXP/BXP massive. This is the (now rare) 4x4 GTi BX which now resides in Northern Ireland. Had a massive 'Subaru' style backbox and an LHM leak that would have flooded half of the Western Hemisphere had we kept filling the tank. Took some doing to get it on because the suspension had dropped by Vanny of BXP fame is a whizz with these things...

Sort of miss the old bus in a way, had some great laughs/epic adventures in it. The winch was class, pulled a dea XM estate full of scrap and right on it's arse up the ramps no problem.

Sadly I have no photos of the Marina TC on a borrowed trailer behind the borrowed (in-laws) Volvo 244.

Shite saves shite. A colleagues Volvo (sadly destroyed by Peterborough scum) and a Dyane I wasted my time collecting (it was free! And very rotten)

Not recommended. Funnily enough, 29lb/ft doesn't make for a good tow car.

Best tow car I've ever owned - Volvo 740 laughed off the caravan, though I did have to kick-down to get up a hill as I dragged this miniMetro to a new home.

This was the best A-frame-a-thon...
