B'lingo help!

Sorry but this is a bit boring...

 

My pa has a berlingo that is some kind of mystery crossover model or something, it has the old style body (02 plate) but the interior doesn't seem to match up to the handbook. He's also had problems with the rear wiper motor, according to the scrapyard what he has isn't the same as other 02 berlingos but wiper motors from other models don't fit either. He seems to think its got an 03 style interior

 

Anyway... it broke last week and now its back it needs the clock setting. The clock is a digital clock in the lcd in the speedo, I know on my 06 berlingo the clock wash in the dash above the radio, so I don't have a clue how to help him. This kind of thing really bothers my dad, so if anyone does have idea I'd be grateful

Hi Louise,

You've probably thought of this already but it isn't something daft like you press in and hold the stalk thingy that resets the tripometer and wait for the clock figures to flash before setting them or something ridiculous like that is it?

Or you could always disconnect the battery at 11.50am and reattach it dead on midday, assuming that doesn't bollocks up the immobiliser/stereo etc

There are two buttons, one of which doesn't seem to do anything, but with the key turned to ignition it does the clock

In the meantime, how about some tape over it so he can't read it?

I'll save that tip for next time! He's writing the clock method down with the radio code.... when he finds it!

The older style Berlingo has Saxo clocks.

These are only listed for the Berlingo/Partner, but the 306 facelift one looks very similar..
