Well after the sad case of 2 people getting burned to death after their white BX decided to spontaniously combust on the M5 Friday night, I got sent this news clip about happier times on the M5.

LOL Must've been the same 10-plate 3-series that slowed and flashed me onto Earl's Gate roundabout in Grangemouth the other week. Surprised? I certainly was...

I later rationalised that maybe it was their first BM, and maybe they'd yet to get into the proper BM way of doing things.

I don't understand how those people died in the fire...smoke starts to come from your car - GET OUT. Why would you stay in it??

I can only guess that it exploded in some way?

Wouldn't be the first person to find that their central locking has 'locked down' when fire takes hold. They get a panic on, don't think rationally enough to find another way out, and succumb to the smoke. Truly a shame.
