Despite looking around, I've so far found nowhere locally that will exchange some dosh for my scrap metal.

Do any of you fine peeps know of such place a in Herts/Beds? I'm in Welwyn.

EMR at biggleswade? (I use EMR, prices tend to be the best around.. I'm getting £150 for light iron and £200 for heavy at the mo)

yesturday it was at briggs up north £175 a ton,if my rover 213se dont sell im driving it in there :cry:and get the tax refunded

The local tip closes for a refurb this weekend for 2 months, if I had a van/lorry I'd be parked up outside taking the scrap from people turning up not knowing it was closed.
