Yup, a Santana 3000. Same 1.8 engine as the original Santana, and the 2000. I think Brazil had these 3000's as well. Very popular taxi here despite having the turning circle of an aircraft carrier.

All of the UK range is available here, and the older generation Santanas can still be bought (usually by taxi companies and police dept's)

 

Audi are doing well with the A4L, a long wheelbase version that appears to be exactly the same size as an A6.
