Cheap Pug 406 HDi on horizon if anyone's interested.

This stumbled my way earlier today but I don't know much about it other than it's a June 2003 '53' 406 HDi with 146k on the clock. Probably ex-taxi, but it's from a council area that are very strict about their cabs.

 

Don't know if it's a 90 or 110. Don't know spec level yet, but I know the insurance have paid out on it but there's bugger all up with it.

 

I do know it's in good condition and tidy, and drives well from the description.

 

It'll be for sale Friday if anyone's after some cheap Pug Dizzle action. I'll put a more accurate description up when it lands tomorrow.

Don't know yet, but it'll be under a grand. How much by is the unknown.

Ah, right. Um. Er. It's an 03 plate, pretty bloody tidy, immaculate inside, 110 bhp job, engine so clean you could eat off it. Has had a light tap to the arse end (not even enough to damage the paintwork, but it's pushed the back panel in a tiny amount so the bootlid doesn't shut properly. I'm gonna get that sorted and throw a new clutch in it.

 

MOT'd til next May, taxed til end of September. No rattles, clunks, play in anything, goes rather well for what it is. Feels like a 40k miler. I was driving scruffier ones than this in 2004.

 

It's gonna be 1500 quidish all sorted with a new clutch, sorry folks. I've been offered that by a trader who wants to shove it on his pitch and retail it.

 

I can't believe nobody has bought the SD1 though.
