it’s driven pretty bob on all the way back. There are a few small jobs that need sorting out. Brake lights don’t work. Drivers door kept flying open, tail lights are very dim, right bank manifold is cracked and the down pipe connection is blowing. Plenty for him to be getting on with. 
 

 

as a bonus, we were sat eating cold snacks in the BMW at Hilton Park services when we heard and felt an almighty TWANG. Odd. But got all the way back to Jamie’s house before it threw the top of a spring out 25 yards from his gate. 
which we walked back for. 

 

but check this out. That steering wheel is pure class. 
 

 

it’s a 1964 with a 454 big block. 👌

I thought that  Big Block 454s were Chevrolet.  Big block Fords were 428, 429, 430 and 460 depending on the year

It could be a 460 yes. Same as the fairlane he has 👍
