I looked at these in the early 90's when my fourth child was born. If I remember right, they wanted over 11k for it then! I've just looked now, 7 seater multivan, from, wait for it £65500!!!! Fuck me sideways!!

The used prices are crazy too. There’s not a lot of competition for big and tall families unfortunately.

Shame there’s no Bedfords anymore. I come from a large family and Dad bought a Bedford CA Utilibrake ( upholstered seats rather than wooden benches in a crew bus). VWs we’re comparatively expensive then (1969) because of import taxes.
