A Lynx Eventer eh? Rare, certainly. I just hope this isn't a catalyst for opening up old wounds about banger racing again. I see Mr. Bickle's stolen Datsun thread has proved resistant to this so far.

Wow, that takes some balls to banger that. Hats off to them, if they managed to get hold of it to race they're either dripping with money, or no other bugger wanted it. Either way, fair game.

Lynx weren't the only company to do this conversion, so there are more than 60 XJS Estates knocking about. Also, they aint really worth that much, if it was rusty or needed an engine rebuild it would be worth as much as ony other rusty/ borked old Jag, eg whatever scrap was going for. still a shame though, I love the shape of these.
