La Vie en Bleu Prescott - pictures

Went to this Bugatti Hill Climb at Prescott today and very glad I did, it was fantastic. I mainly went to see the French car marque classics there but to be honest that was the weakest part of the show, there were very few there. But to see, and hear, all these vintage racers doing what they were supposed to do was a privilege. Will certainly be going again - even the weather was perfect being dry and mainly sunny. Only downer was the 1 hour jam on the country road getting into the place. Here's some pics.

Passed at least 2 old classics broken down in the jam waiting to get in. They really should organise these events better.

There was numerous French stuff going on, including these three French dancing girls in black. The one with the black hair was a bit of a cutie, she ended up in a few of my photos.

Aye. The racing action was brilliant, but the queues to get in were horrific. I arrived at lunchtime thinking it would have quietened down but it was still an absolute standstill.

And yes, the brunette was a cutie and may have ended up in quite a few of my pics too...

That Pic Pic is 'superbe'!

Shame they make the racers wear modern helmets, I love action shots of vintage cars but the plastic pots ruin them...
