Hmmm, an old BMW sold from South London…. But the seller seems amazingly sensible, he can string a sentence together and everything! The mileage looks high-ish but I don’t know much about these old things, I know that trying to find a Volvo 850 with less than 200k was impossible

yes - I wa amazed - like you - extraordinary that he is able to write passable English AND owns one of these AND lives sarftheriva.....mind you - despite the pack of bling - I see he has been unable to resist the KIKINZOUNDSYSTEMBRUVAINNIT - although given there is no SUBWOOFA in the boot one suspects that perhaps the vendor is not responsible for the said tunes!remarkable to find one so unmolested....did query the milage with a mate who knows these things well and he said it is tap all fro an M30 engine provided usual things are all done -

Blimey Scoot thats bloody nice and looks super clean, the thing with these E34s is that the chances of the average Five being bump-raped by a young cuntstrill with bum-fluff around his chops compared to the E30 three series is much lower. Very solid cars these, chain-driven M30 3.5 very juicy but guaranteed 220bhp and similar torque and a nice lazy strong unit. I see some very nice options there too like air-con/climate with rear vent in centre console, electric leather chairs and m-tec steering wheel and even the on-board computer is a desirable extra that not even my old 525i Sport had.White lamps front and rear are a nice touch I think anyway and overall just a bloody nice spec-nice one, I want one!Steering box on these so lots of joints to wear and cause all kinds of wobbles/vague steering and having the steering box adjusted correctly makes a huge difference.

Congrats on the car. I've always admired those 5-series. I'd always promised myself one of those but I dont think I'll be getting around to owning one for a long while at least, I've got to get Rover 800s out of my system. I have driven a 520 with a nice sounding exhaust (Sounded like a 535!)
