Rubber parts, are they all shit these days?

Like wise the rear most hanger on my Focus , always snapping ..

now I have a wire loop around the outlet snout and throu the chassis  rail above ...  been ok for a while now

Very surprised to see that from a Febi part, they're usually excellent, must be a fake that's slipped through the net at the suppliers
