I heard a criminal lawyer on the wireless saying you'd be criminally negligent if you drove your car whilst on notice of a defect ... no doubt true but it's hardly the case that they have suddenly all become killer machines.At least it might keep some of the woefully befuddled off the roads for a couple of weeks.

Riding my bike along the Ringroad today i saw a Yaris that had ploughed into the back of a 306.I doubt it was the cars fault but i bet i can guess what was going on the claim form.
