Euro Truck Simulator can be downloaded for a free trial off their website! As a real truck driver I have to say it is quite realistic.

Not related to shite sadly, but I dug out my old spectrum the other day to give this a spin, what a great game. The aim is simply to wander around an 80's yuppie's party, being as much of a bastard to the guests as possible.
