But what a transformation today, it's been above freezing all night and today, and most of the snow has gone. I had an alarm callout for work at 2am and was surprised to find slush on the car and not ice.

I've noticed that, i can see my grass again!, I've also heard that the port where i work is operating again, just in time for me to go back in again tomorrow.

Havent had the bins emptied since Christmas which is starting to get right on my wick. Thing is, they dont take any extra bags etc so theres beginning to be a bit of a build up of stuff at the side of the garage. Which isnt good as there tend to be a few foxes scavenging at night, & foxes & cats dont get on.
