We had a very late model cherry red 214SLi at work when I was 18. Dead now, but a cracking motor when new and in no way inferior to the later shape 200 series which we also had a very early example of in that nice metallic blue.Dad had a circa 1990 Montego LX estate in the same solid blue as Father Bollox's 214, I liked how the interior was navy blue in a misguided attempt to colour-co-ordinate.
