So much for the attention grabbing headline, here's the anticlimax. 

I picked this up at a flea market in Nice last month. I've no idea how old it is but it has a nice used look about it and I liked the Monaco address on the back. The outer white* tyre is made of some sort of rubber but is no longer very flexible, if it ever was.
