Few pics from the static display at a vintage truck rally in Ayr yesterday. Couple of videos too, if I can work out how to upload them. No idea what most of these things are but some of them looked cool as fuck and I do love the smell of diesel in the morning

Thanks for posting the photos, saves me the hassle. The blue/grey Stonefield is mine. Currently at Lockerbie truck stop on my way home. Great couple of days and only got lost 12 times.

I LOVED that!!!! Did you convert it yourself? I wasn't sure if we were allowed inside as the door was open but I only peeped in. Looked great!

The Stonefield was built in Cumnock. I converted it my self, work in progress. 15 years and counting. Sorry I missed you I was never far from the truck so left the door open. You should have popped in and made a cuppa. I know your friend George with the ERF. Spent this afternoon with him today. All round good guy.

Aye george's family and mine are friends going back 3 generations, that erf is a tribute to his dad Jim. George is more of a landrover man

The numbers are just in. 324miles travelled. 27.78 gallons of unleaded used giving 11.6mpg which I am quite pleased with. It is usually single figures and I have seen it as low as 6mpg. The old bus never missed a beat all weekend.
