I doubt they ever will be taxed.... even the Mk1, which is increasingly rare due to Karmann getting 'steel' and 'potato peelings' mixed up and thus rotting whilst you watch, rarely break four figures for a good usable example. My Mk2 Storm, again pretty rare and one of the more desirable specs, only broke £400 because some guy remembered a mate used to own it years ago or something. I stopped listening when it was clear he was going to buy it and I didn't have to waffle any more.
