I (finally - at the third attempt!!) passed my driving test in an MG metro like this - same interior, but with white paintwork. It was a lovely car to drive IIRC.

Don't do! I knackered a belt drive at about 6k, luckily Kawasaki paid for it as twenty years ago they were charge Â£158 for a belt.

I've still not got over the trauma of 6 months / 20k miles owning a new one.
