I'll try and remember what I had.

 

1st car was the mighty Morris Marina 1.3 coupe, complete with vinyl roof and semi lunched cog box.  For added strength, the old man took off the rusty (typical) wings and pop riveted on some fibreglass ones.  Mmmm, tasty.  I had no choice in this car.

 

Mk 1 Cavalier.  Good old shitebox.

Hillman Avenger

Triumph Acclaim

Mk 2 Cavalier.  Better old shitebox.

Maestro x 2.  Thrashy.

MG Montego efi.  Nice sporty. I walked away from the turbo version as I didn't want to be nick named Jim Davidson.

Sierra x 3.  Hatch, estate, and Sapphire.  Boring shitboxes.

Audi GT coupe.  5 cylinder lump.  I loved that engine.

Rover 800 x 2.  Both 2 litres and fastbacks.  Best car ever.

Proton saloon.

Fiesta 1.0  Mk3

Mk 2 Metro.  Got nicked by a shithead.

 

Also had a JDM imported Kawasaki GPZ 400 R.   Mmmm, bikes.

They came after the Proton thankfully.

I must have been lucky then.  Never married and has kid but I bought cars I could afford (and still do).

I forgot about the French box, the Peugoet 505.  Sporty version with metric wheels?????????

I used to have a grey GPZ400 too, it was the worst bike I've ever owned! Shite, but not in a positive way. 

 

I actually felt sorry for the shop I lumbered with it (getting slightly more than I'd paid) when I p/x'd it against a nice 600 Bandit (that was cheap in the first place). Like night and day to ride.

Mine was ok.  No real issues with it.  Just a money grabbing bint and lack of pay to keep that and the car.
