I accidentally purchased the Jag I declared would be impossible to buy due to the unique way they rust to oblivion. What we have here is a 2000 XK8 with no rust. It's the first time I have seen such a thing in the flesh, and on that basis I bought it immediately. In fact it is far too good and is for sale. That and the fact it does 17 mpg.... Broadsword Posted November 17, 2018 Author Posted November 17, 2018 An XKR would be something really special, this is no slouch as it is. I'm paranoid now about scratches and parking near puddles for fear of rust. It's the nicest car interior I have ever sat in. I love the clamshell seats.
