Yeah you got that right, but at the time I saw it as a 100% guaranteed future moneypit and I needed to finish the attic conversion on the house we'd just bought. Ah well!!
 

Found what appears to be a recent photo by the way. It’s a lot less standard looking than when I sold it back in 2010.
