Any Shropshire Shitters able to help get my BMW to JD Automotive? THE FUGGIN THING STARTED????!!!!!

As per a previous thread.. My BMW's in Craven Arms and I need to get it to JD's in Ludlow so that it can live again...

 

I can supply the tow car (my C6)

I expect owt for nowt, so cash monies will be exchanged.

I don't have a towbar on the C6 otherwise I'd hire a trailer.

Ok ... So drove to Craven Arms this morn from South Brum to meet Tom (Despairs and Tires) geddit??? It was far too subtle for me but when Tom explained his D Spares & Tyres AS ident to me the penny dropped .... Brilliant though eh?

 

So before Tom got there I fitted a brand new battery as I knew t'other one was on its last legs.

Bear in mind a local garage had had this for 4 months said they'd tried 'everything' then told me to take it to a diesel specialist.

 

The car was parked in a tight spot ...To get it out I put it in reverse and turned the engine over in order to 'bump' it out ...

Anyway the long and short of it is it only bloody well started ... !!!

 

 

Tom drove it on to the trailer and it was transported to JD in Ludlow for a check over and MOT.

 

So after all that time in the local garage and them actually saying to me at one point I should consider scrapping it ... All it needed was a new battery!!!

 

 

Tom was great btw....

Would highly recommend his services.
