What sort of electrical work needs doing on it? I know a bit about electrics/electronics and may be able to help! You're not terribly far from me either (about 2 hours-ish).I'm potentially looking at buying a rusty car that needs a little bit of sparkly stick on the backend too.

I took the front apart to do some welding on it. Now the headlights don't work correctly. Not sure what I've done wrong. Nothing obvious!

Services in lieu of payment though if somebody really wanted to be arsy.

Bad earth or bad bulb?

No, checked earths and bulbs, I'm not a total dunce. I forget the exact fault. It happened over a year ago. When confronted with a broken car that I can't fix I usually park it in the naughty corner for a bit

So I think the way forward with this is to put jobs out to tender and see who wants them.

Never mind the ZX, my daily transport (2004 Teranno ) is playing up. Issues with the rear lights. On closer inspection its a mess. Whoever put the towbar on did an awful jobpost-19511-0-16505500-1517156904_thumb.jpg

I've bodged it for now but I can't do wiring when it is this state, it needs taking apart and doing properly. Anybody fancy it?

I can bring the soldering iron down when I pick up the wheels if you want,  I'm not as good at electrics as you are at bodywork but I can usually make them work.
