Recreating press photographs

It's near the Houses of Parliament and just round the corner from College Green, where almost all the interviews with MPs on the news are filmed.

Even closer is Channel 4, with it's big sculpture outside that forms a '4' if you're standing in a certain place.

Didn't really want to bump this thread back up, but curiosity has gotten the better of me. Anyone able to hazard a guess as to where this press pic was taken? It's a near exact match to my car, and if it's reasonably nearby to me, it might be fun for me to have a crack at recreating it myself. Most photos Rover took of non-Cooper Minis seem to either be in crowded, hard-to-get-cars-into parts of London, Studios, Photoshop, or a mix of the three. Any help is massively appreciated.
