Gah!

My long time friend has decided that all this uncertainty is just too much and has backed out now. FFS.

HOWEVER I still want to go ahead with it myself. Mrs Beard has wanted a convertible for ages so now is the chance. She will fund the purchase, my repairs and the collection provided we can sort out the logistics fairly soon. So it will be ours hopefully. A big hope.. Best collection quote so far is £238.

Sadly I think this whole thing may be a no go.

Uncertain engine damage, uncertain lines of communication and uncertain finances after the backing out of the bloke that actually wanted the car in the first place due to the, errr, uncertain aspects. Therefore I must declare that we are oot now. Sadly. A crying shame. But just too much uncertainty blah blah.
