For Sale 2005 VW Polo 5dr 1.4 Pez, Full MOT, FSH

I bought this for my wife a few years ago, and sold it to a friend in October 2016 who no longer needs it.

 

2005 Polo 'Twist '1.4 16V in mechanically great condition. This is the 75bhp non-direct injection tough as old boots pez engine. £180 to tax and returned ~40mpg regardless of how it was driven in my wife's ownership.

Good points:

• 12 months MOT
• 107k with FSH - book stamped and folder full of paperwork
• Cambelt done at 65k
• 3 owners
• Climate control
• Electric windows/heated mirrors

Recent parts:

• Crank sensor (common issue)
• Front drop links 
• Thermostat housing 
• Battery
• Front tyres (Dunlop)

Bad points:

• Bodywork has a few scratches / car park dinks but in great condition for age overall.
• Typical VAG rear door locks don't work on central locking. Easy fix, worse case is new door module at ~£30. Works fine operating manually via handle.
