Suzuki dl1000 Vstrom headlight problems

Got no dipped beam on headlights on Suzuki dl1000 Vstrom.No power to connecter

Got power at fuse under seat.

Believe this is a known problem on these.

Anyone know anything please.

Sounds like replace connectors and or wiring as they're shite

Without reading the above link I'd be starting at the dip/main switch on the bars.

Yes sounds like the switch. Maybe burnt contacts you might be able to try a clean with wet and dry.

^^ I'd use a fibreglass pencil to clean the contacts as w&d can be a bit aggressive on contacts that aren't supposed to ever see the light of day (ie: most switches these days!). They are well worth buying as they are very good for gentle cleaning.

Now been sorted,minor bit of rewiring was needed
