Cheap 94 Cav? (Essex)

Was just looking to see if anyone was breaking any Vauxhalls locally on Gumtree (for my Daewoo upright) & tripped over this..

 

Not mine, obviously, but looks pretty decent for £260..

It does look good for £260, can't see any rust on the arches.  (you know you want it!)

As Cavaliers go it's actually pretty good, a little bit of damage on the front sill under the wing drivers side. A little bit of corrosion on the passenger side sill right at the back. The odd bumper scrape. Looking at the mot history looks like the rear spring seat has needed welding which is fairly common, and the usual tyre and brake wear and tear. If I didn't already have two I might fancy this. For 23 years old it's pretty damn good

No, I dont.. If it was Viva, FE, Carlton or Senator, then yes!

 

I`m sure there must be some Mk3 Cav apologists here somewhere..

 

Theres also a £200 J-plate pre-facelift base model (plastic bumpers FTW) in Cambridge, for just £200 on there.. On the downside it has a seized lump..
