Ok, it was the ISTS show at Donnington last weekend, one of my favourite days out. Took A LOT of pics, but won't post most of them here, for fear of inducing appoplexy in some of this forum's users!! However, there were a few cars there that might be appropriate to Autoshite:

I was surprised by how many Capris were in attendance:-

Many will detest this, but I gotta admit, I love it!

I have a soft spot for Novas:-

Like this, though I hope that front wing WILL get sprayed, and isn't just another example of the "rat-look" thing, which I frankly just DON'T get!

I was impressed with this one- arches very nicely widened

Not so sure about the front view though

Whilst this one, I think, is absolutley superb!!

Love those wheels- such a nice change to see steelies used, and finished so beautifully.

Superb engine install too.

And, just to show it IS possible to modify a car tastefully, I offer this. Might not be to everyone's taste I suppose, but I think it's stunning!

Interior not too garish either- looks like a nice place to be

Finally, a few candidates for the number plate thread elsewhere on this forum.

I love this one, if it's genuine

Close - it's a Zetec, probably nicked out of a Mk2 Mondeo. Though fed by a pair of juicy-looking carburettors (Webers?) rather than fuel injection. I can see why you looked at the cams cover and thought Cosworth though!
