Scrappies only usually refuse to 'save' a car (i.e. sell it to you for whatever inflated price they think they can get given that you've obviously decided you have to have it) for one of two reasons:1. It's cat A or B damaged so they legally can't - this Zephyr doesn't look crashed.2. They've nicked the VIN plate for another car, and want to frag it quickly to disguise the fact.
