For me this MG 1100 was car of the show, the car I most wanted to drive home in.

 

I can recall climbing cover these in scrapyards, just after removing the 12G295 head, carbs and manifold. She's Connaught green but I didn't think they had red trim. TOF135H was a stunning Glacier white 1300GT that was bought in 1984 for £60, for the engine and box to go into my Mini. It was chopped up and scrapped the same weekend.

Thanks to all who've shared. Some lovely motors there - the mustard yellow W plate Metro particularly caught my eye, as my first girlfriend who could drive had an identical one.

Any more info on the beige Marina on Turbovecs and the split screen Moggie with a roof chop, along with funky wheels and holes in the bonnet hinting at further tweaks?
