carlo Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 I've been lavishing a bit of money on my other 405 (an STI automatic) recently, I think it's going to be pressed into service as the daily driver, the blue one is starting to develop a few faults which are mounting up (a leaky cabin and very wet back seats isn't impressing Mrs_Carlo or young Miss_Carlo). Was going to keep the silver STI as an occasional fun car but to be honest I just want to get in and use it now, that sunroof is winking at me in the warm weather. Of course first I'll need to get it's air con sorted out, that will be done this week hopefully. So far it's had a heater fan, complete exhaust, service and new coil pack, and will shortly be treated to some Kleber Quadraxer all season tyres - to cushion that fabulous ride even more. Am a great fan of these tyres, I also prefer the steering with them on. Treated it to a couple of new shots recently Supernaut, nacho man, Conrad D. Conelrad and 13 others 16
billyboy406v6 Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 Had a diesel one years ago, such a elegantly styled body. Must resist urge to own another.
Pillock Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 STI? Bet it goes like the clap-pers. ARF ARF! Sorry. Nice photos though, very press shot!
carlo Posted June 6, 2016 Author Posted June 6, 2016 I think the STDT would have been worse, for they did such a model.

Twiggy Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 Fantastic motors... I bought an SRDT in `94, did 395,000 miles in it and the engine never missed a beat. Still doing 50+mpg when I part ex`d it. Serviced religiously every 6,000 miles.
