Shite Car Day

Went out this morning with the missus for a day out. Got in the cougar and went for petrol. Filled up and as i was coming out of the garage noticed a torrent of coolant leaking all over the place.Quick check reveals my worst fear... knackered water pump. Great!Drove round the corner to a local garage and left it there for them to sort.. Goodbye bit of extra cash i had this month, hello overdraft.Walked the three miles home and jumped in the saab. Went to put the roof down and it stopped half way. "soft top failure" on the SID display.At least i still have the cortina, although it doesnt like idling at the moment , and keeps cutting out. Grr!
