Modern question - part numbers for Saab 9-3

Sorry to pollute the forum with questions about moderns but I wonder if any of the Saab afficionados might be able to assist me in my mission to be less ignorant.

 

I have a 2004 Saab 9-3. It has a problem with the rear passenger (N/S) door lock mechanism, as confirmed by Lisbon_Road's Opcom. I have replaced this once already with a part that seems to be sub-optimal. Looking at ebay there are several part numbers quoted which all should fit. i don't understand why these are different. Can someone more knowledgeable please explain.

 

Option 1 - 12759696 - from this item. Apparently from a 2004 model (same as mine)

Option 2 - 12903479 - from this item. Apparently from a 2005 model, but same version as mine

Option 3 - GM Part QW13210762 from a Vauxhall Signum/Vectra C. Is it compatible? Its cheaper, hence why I ask...

 

Apparently there is 'loads of information on what is compatible between Vectra C's and 2003> Saab 9-3's but if there is then I bloody well can't find it. All I have found out, and this isn't conclusive, is that mine should be the 5-pin model.

 

Can someone less dim than me assist at all?
