I love the way you could have travelled to one of the islands and mingle with French people coming the other way, although as far as the authorities were concerned nobody had left their countries due to the single customs check method

Am I missing something or would that aspect be really handy for both drug smuggling and introducing rabies into the UK?Fascinating idea though.
