So, 200 miles in, all goood....feeeling smug , wafting along, life is goood. 201miles in..and yep. It shat itself....well, more pissed it self. Lost all its coolant, citroen in their wisdom didnt fit a low coolant level warning, they must have been too busy developing the plastic, yes PLASTIC thermostat housing. Thats right, buried deep between the vs in a hot hot cramed packed engine bay is a plastic thermostat housing. What a fucking marvelous idea. Bits they make of plastic that are seldom used and not subject to huge temperatures fail just looking at them, so i guess at 10 years its done well.... GRRRR. ah well, i shall have it fixed and then all future journeys will be a stressfull experience, just like the last big frog, and the one befre that.. Still its very nice to look at.

My puma broke its plastic thermostat housing at asda once that was a right fanny cunt to get at to replace with no correct tools at that time in my life!
