Favs of all kinds are getting thinner on the ground, they are largely ignored by a certain owners club, and as I've found, parts are starting to get to unobtanium levels, even basic stuff. My late hatch is currently in the care of michael1703 of this parish, and I hope to get it back some time next week, as it has a very annoying misfire issue, which could be down to a faulty dizzy cap/rotor arm.

My Favorit. The Owners' Club that I help run definitely does not ignore the Favorit.

The club is going with what the majority of members own, re badged VW's, if it had to rely on proper Skoda owners for membership, it wouldn't survive. Favorits are getting down to penny numbers, parts supply in the UK is drying up fast, but surprisingly the Favorits that do survive seem to be far less crusty than much newer Felicias, I've seen W & X platers that are utterly gopping. Your Fav looks better on the alloys than the awful Citigo wheel trims it came with when Jas bought it. I wish mine hadn't been hit with the proper lowering stick and the daft exhaust, it has made it tiresome to drive on long trips. It will be up for sale very shortly once it's back from Michael.

I am curious about this vehicle as I once owned ( from new ) a Red Favourite Foreman II pickup, of 1995 vintage,  which was hit with the stick (by me) and exhausted (by me) etc etc oh and i live about 10 minutes from Bungay.

 

Any photos or info would ease my curiosity.

Mine is a swan white hatchback, with a side exit tail pipe. New to someone in Brightlingsea
